Position Overview
This role involves being an integral part of a dynamic team focused on Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Automation (IPA). The team is dedicated to developing tools and integrations that support a suite of cloud infrastructure services critical to business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with core services team members to outline roadmaps and articulate clear user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
- Design, implement, and enhance AI and ML-driven solutions that leverage the Kubernetes container platform, integrating engineering skills with data science methodologies to foster innovation in infrastructure management.
- Develop and deliver software aimed at improving the functionality, reliability, and manageability of applications and cloud platforms, utilizing a DevOps approach.
- Work alongside partner teams to integrate their solutions into the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Create and refine microservices and APIs within a cloud-native architecture in collaboration with fellow team members.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of the services developed.
- Automate development, testing, and deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker containers.

Collaboration and Innovation
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a team that is redefining how infrastructure platforms are developed, emphasizing full software automation. The team is responsible for creating tools and platforms, including AI and machine learning solutions, to enhance cloud infrastructure procurement and management.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a proficient Software Engineer with a strong background in software design, development, and deployment, particularly in AI, ML, and Data Science solutions. A solid understanding of software systems and strong programming skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the engineering team throughout the design and production phases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in continuous delivery and deployment, enterprise application development, and cloud automation.
- Experience in AI, ML, and Data Science projects.
- Technical expertise in OpenShift and Google Anthos platforms, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Certification in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) with proficiency in GKE and EKS.
- Proficient in GoLang/Python, with experience in AI/ML, microservices, and containerized applications.
- Familiarity with GitOps, Terraform, and Ansible, along with a strong record in SDLC, TDD, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an agile and results-oriented mindset.
