Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Rock Solid Janitorial. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our offices, warehouses, and other building interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial work, including sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and cleaning carpets.
- Dust and clean walls, blinds, cabinets, furniture, and other surfaces.
- Restock supplies, including toilet paper and cleaning solutions.
- Empty trash and sanitary boxes, and replace liners.
- Clean toilets, urinals, sinks, and other fixtures.
- Wet mop floors and use air freshener.
- Restock carts and replenish supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 45 pounds.
- Reliability and responsibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to follow directions and mix cleaning solutions correctly.
