We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Crumbl Cookies in Sugarcreek. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality cookies and other baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake cookies and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and utensils
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Strong communication, time management, and planning skills
  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently or with other team members to solve problems and achieve goals
