Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Production: Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that every product in the bakery is fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate. Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting them with baked goods and ensuring just-in-time delivery.
  • Cleanliness: Perform duties to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards, following local health department laws.
