We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Engineer to join our Collaboration Services team at Loews Hotels & Co. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver subject matter expertise on Microsoft M365, partner cloud solutions, and related technologies.
  • Oversee and facilitate the maintenance and support of Collaboration Services infrastructure to ensure system security, reliability, performance, fault tolerance, and high availability.
  • Provide leadership and vision for the implementation and management of Collaboration solutions that support various departments and functions across the organization.
  • Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures.
  • Maintain the Collaboration Services strategic roadmap based on business needs and company objectives.
  • Partner with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deploy Collaboration Services applications and enhancements.
  • Perform continuous mentorship and development of junior staff members. Provide a point of escalation for support. Participate in the development of the team including recruitment and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years providing technical and application support for the Microsoft M365 Platform.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Collaboration Service, technologies, and solutions to include Email Management, Email Hygiene, Email Advanced Threat and Information Protection, DNS Management, and Cloud Collaboration Platforms.
  • Extensive hands-on experience and expertise in the following areas:
    • Email Privacy and Regulatory Compliance.
    • Email Filtering and Routing.
    • Email Fraud Defense - SPF, DMARC/DKIM, and BIMI.
    • M365 Security, Retention, and Compliance Policies.
    • M365 Data Classification.
    • Teams / SharePoint Site Management.
    • Azure Information Protection.
    • Information Rights Management.
    • Unified Communications.
    • Third-Party Governance and Provisioning tools for the M365 Platform.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project leadership.
  • Strong experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and associated processes.
  • Successful project execution and team building through transformative periods.
  • Strong track record of success in testing, QA, and project delivery.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development, vendor management, and Collaboration Applications/Unified Communications support.
