Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at Colleton Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in assessing, evaluating, and treating patients to achieve optimal physical function and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities through a determined treatment plan
  • Work to restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function and quality of life as it relates to movement and health
  • Provide education to patients and families and effectively document the therapy process
  • Communicate and collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to best treat patients
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy is required
  • Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you practice, in accordance with law and regulation
  • A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
  • Prior acute care and/or inpatient rehab experience working as a Physical Therapist is preferred
