Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the gym floor is clean and free of debris, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting equipment and surfaces.
- Equipment Maintenance: Test and maintain gym equipment, including lubricating and greasing circuit training equipment.
- Stocking and Inventory: Restock supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine facility maintenance tasks, including dusting, emptying trash and recycling, and re-racking weights.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and upbeat personality is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with members and staff on a daily basis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with members, staff, and management.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure the gym floor is clean and well-maintained.
- Physical Demands: This role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and bending, as well as working in a fast-paced environment.
$8.50 per hour
