The Floor Tech is the face of the gym floor, responsible for maintaining a positive and upbeat atmosphere. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the fitness center floor, including equipment and surrounding areas.
  • Test and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
  • Stock and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Lubricate and grease circuit training equipment.
  • Report any facility issues or concerns.
  • Perform spot cleaning of walls, mirrors, windows, and diamond plating.
  • Empty trash and recycling cans.
  • Re-rack weights and disinfect equipment and upholstery.
  • Facilitate facility dusting and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
