We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietician to join our team at Elderwood. As a key member of our nutrition services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for adult and geriatric residents in a long-term care and sub-acute rehabilitation setting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans based on current best practices.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents and their family members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident nutrition information in our computer system.
• Conduct routine audits and monitor performance improvement initiatives related to nutrition and food services.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive care.

• Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Nutrition/Dietetics from an accredited educational program.
• Successful completion of an internship or equivalent clinical management practice.
• Active and ongoing Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge in nutritional software programs preferred.
