We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a local traveler. As a long-term care specialist, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in various settings, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have experience in resident assessment, care coordination, health maintenance, and education. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and service in a not-for-profit environment. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough resident assessments to identify needs and develop personalized care plans
- Care coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of quality and safety
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice is occurring
- At least 3 months of experience in long-term care, with a preference for 6 months or more
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Flexibility to travel to multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address
