Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead all aspects of our RPO client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing client calls and meetings to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and operators to drive successful outcomes.
- Preparing and delivering progress updates to stakeholders.
- Providing strategic recommendations and business reviews to drive growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our internal marketing team to ensure sufficient candidate flow, while also providing recruiting support as needed. Your duties will include:
- Supervising a team of Recruiters and training them to meet our high standards.
- Monitoring progress against goals and supporting career development.
- Ensuring timely and quality tracking of data in applicant tracking, billing, and other systems.
- Delivering client reports and providing recommendations to improve outcomes.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience as an account manager or recruiter with a proven track record in business-to-business settings.
- Strong technology skills, particularly in reporting, Excel, and Google platforms.
- The ability to work independently, think critically, and make informed decisions.
- Prior experience leading a team or managing multiple employees.
- A college degree and experience recruiting for hourly positions are highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
