Job Summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ordering, stocking, provisioning, troubleshooting, reconciling, and recycling all types of electronic customer premises equipment used for commercial and residential purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process equipment/supplies from vendors and complete all necessary paperwork/records using computer systems.
  • Transport material to other locations using company vehicles and/or trailers.
  • Issue supplies to technicians and contractors as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment daily.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management and logistics.
  • Utilize GLDS to enter all inventory items into the billing system and track movement of entered inventory items.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of general receiving/shipping and inventory control principles.
  • Excellent communication and basic computer skills.
  • Good interpersonal and conversational skills, including courtesy and patience in dealing with vendors and co-workers.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record to operate company vehicles.
