We're seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our IntuneHealth team. As a physician-led care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our Medicare Advantage seniors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including geriatric patients.
- Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes, seeking consultation from specialists when needed.
- Work closely with managers and medical directors to ensure compliance with guidelines and participate in risk and quality management programs.
- Engage with hospitalists and lead a care team to deliver VIP patient care and work towards targets and metrics.
- Deliver patient care through various mediums, including in-center visitation, in-home paramedic facilitated visitation, and telehealth.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances required.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
