This role involves managing bi-weekly payroll processing, executing bank reconciliations, overseeing general ledger maintenance, and assisting with accounts payable functions.


Position Highlights:
  • Hourly Rate: $25.00
  • Onsite position; hybrid or remote options may be available post-training
  • Temporary to permanent employment opportunity

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Qualifications Required:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
  • High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered
  • 3-5 years of payroll processing experience
  • Familiarity with payroll and accounting software is essential
  • Experience with Paylocity and QuickBooks Online is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute bi-weekly payroll runs and generate corresponding General Ledger entries
  • Manage fixed and expense asset sub-ledgers for the agency
  • Prepare and process outgoing payments to support Accounts Payable activities, including purchase orders, invoice coding, and check preparation
  • Maintain vendor files for Accounts Payable
