Compensation and Financial Records Coordinator
to enhance their financial team.
This role involves managing bi-weekly payroll processing, executing bank reconciliations, overseeing general ledger maintenance, and assisting with accounts payable functions.
Position Highlights:
- Hourly Rate: $25.00
- Onsite position; hybrid or remote options may be available post-training
- Temporary to permanent employment opportunity
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Qualifications Required:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered
- 3-5 years of payroll processing experience
- Familiarity with payroll and accounting software is essential
- Experience with Paylocity and QuickBooks Online is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute bi-weekly payroll runs and generate corresponding General Ledger entries
- Manage fixed and expense asset sub-ledgers for the agency
- Prepare and process outgoing payments to support Accounts Payable activities, including purchase orders, invoice coding, and check preparation
- Maintain vendor files for Accounts Payable
