What You'll Do
  • Resident-Centered Care: Provide personalized care that respects the dignity and autonomy of our residents.
  • Checking Vital Signs: Learn to keep an eye on important health signs like blood pressure, pulse, and more.
  • Personal Care Assistance: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Have Fun: Join in on games, chats, and life enrichment activities that put a smile on our residents' faces.
What We're Looking For
  • CNA Certification: You must have an up-to-date certified nursing assistant certification.
  • High School Diploma: We're looking for a high school grad or equivalent.
  • CPR and BLS: Already got these life-saving certifications? That's fantastic
  • People Skills: Friendly, patient, and a good listener - you've got to be great with people.
  • Team Player: We're all about teamwork here. You'll be working alongside our awesome nursing team and other team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Making sure our residents are comfortable and safe means being detail-oriented.
Working Conditions

The Certified Nursing Assistant will primarily work within the assisted living unit of the facility. This role involves a combination of hands-on work, exposure to diverse needs, and interaction with residents, families, and staff.
