Job Description:

As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a diverse team of restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, and promoting a culture of teamwork and inclusivity.
  • Coaching and developing team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, including inventory management, customer service, and food safety.
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
