**Job Title:** Environmental Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team at 7G Environmental Compliance Management. As a key member of our environmental consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' petroleum storage tank systems and associate facilities meet state and federal regulations.

**Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Our company is headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida, and we partner with petroleum tank owners nationwide to mitigate the risk of petroleum release into the environment.

**Job Description**

As an Environmental Compliance Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting visual inspections of clients' petroleum storage tank systems and associate facilities.
  • Obtaining required documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Gathering and compiling information into software platforms.
  • Following a pre-determined route and completing visual inspections per the schedule.

You will be working outside in all reasonable weather conditions and may be away from home for more than five days at a time. We encourage participation in route design and scheduling from all of our inspectors to create the best possible scenario for success and a balanced routine.

  • You will frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and training, preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Apple/MAC devices, iOS operating system, and Google suite.
  • Determination to uphold integrity at all times.
  • A valid driver's license and driving history that allows insurability.
