Job Title: 3D Visual Merchandiser

Russell Tobin, a global leader in prestige beauty, is seeking a highly skilled 3D Visual Merchandiser to join their team in New York, NY (Hybrid). As a key member of the Global Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning displays, graphics, and presentations that showcase the brand's luxury beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop 3D models, renders, and plans for product displays, launch content, and guidelines.
  • Produce 2D graphics and design turn-over drawings (DTOs) to meet the needs of in-store artwork and graphics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all designs achieve the best results for each program and convey a cohesive brand message.
  • Attend meetings, present concepts, and report on project status as necessary.
  • Maintain a well-organized database of all project assets and stay up-to-date with current trends in visual arts and merchandising.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising design, preferably in luxury beauty brands.
  • Proficient in 3D design programs (Rhino, Keyshot) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of retail trends and SMC environments.
