About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Community Association Manager to join our team at Fieldstone Realty Partners, a leading Community Association Management Company based in Atlanta, Georgia.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing one association, overseeing financial operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum State of Georgia Community Association Manager license, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field, and relevant experience in community association management.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a community association, ensuring compliance with governance documents and regulations.
  • Prepare annual budgets and oversee the financial operations of the association.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents for each association, including meeting minutes, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to association boards.
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor contracts and services.

**Physical Management:**

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, address covenant violations, and ensure vendor contract compliance.
  • Manage vendors in ensuring landscaping and pool maintenance meet our company and clients' standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with homeowners and community members.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year.
