Position Overview:
  • Oversee, diagnose, and rectify a diverse range of machinery and equipment, including pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, refrigeration units, chillers, and conveyor belts.
  • Execute routine inspections to avert equipment failures and guarantee peak operational efficiency.
  • Leverage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and managing spare parts.
  • Mentor junior technicians and advocate for maintenance best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions to reduce downtime.
  • Ensure the optimal performance of conveyor systems.
  • Comply with safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable maintenance position.
  • In-depth knowledge of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, refrigeration, and chillers.
  • Familiarity with CMMS, schematic interpretation, and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
