Job Summary

Thompson Gray Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Analyst to support the United States Army Financial Management Command. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost analysis and GFEBS/GFEBS-SA help desk experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for daily business operations in GFEBS and GFEBS-SA.
  • Conduct analysis and update cost management master data to ensure accuracy and synchronization.
  • Perform help desk functions, troubleshooting GFEBS/GFEBS-SA problem areas and providing solutions and workarounds.
  • Monitor Service Now tickets and respond to GFEBS-SA users.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures, training documents, and job aids.
  • Train users on individual and group levels and stakeholders on auditable processes.
  • Provide advice and recommendations on requirements analysis, design assessments, change management, testing, training, deployment, and compliance of GFEBS/GFEBS-SA.
  • Assist with risk management and internal control processes and plans within GFEBS/GFEBS-SA.
Requirements
  • Must be a US citizen with a SECRET clearance.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in cost analysis and ERP help desk.
  • In-depth knowledge of GFEBS/GFEBS-SA and Army accounting processes.
  • Experience in payroll, cost management, interfaces, financials, funds management, and business objects.
  • Ability to work independently.
