Job Summary:

Ford's Garage is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and deliver drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu changes and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and a fully engaged, service-minded attitude.
  • Food Safety certification, as required by state law.
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
  • Command of the English language.
  • Basic computer usage skills.
