About the Role

Upshift is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team of flexible shift workers.

As a Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our bars and restaurants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patrons
  • Assessing customer preferences and making recommendations to enhance their experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
