Job Summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Global Operational Risk Officer to join its team. As a strategic professional, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational risk policies, procedures, and controls to minimize losses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational risk issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective risk management.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on operational risk management best practices.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in operational risk management or a related field.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Certifications in operational risk management or a related field.
