Team Overview

The Assurance Services teams, specialized by industry, provide high-quality audits and related services to both public and private middle-market companies, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental entities. Our offerings include internal audits, employee benefit plan audits, outsourced accounting, contract compliance, and sustainability audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee external audit engagements, ensuring client expectations, budget adherence, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of findings and coordinate all analytical, technical, and research activities.
  • Work closely with Senior Managers and Partners on risk assessments, audit planning, and internal audit documentation.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients, participating in networking and business development initiatives.
  • Offer leadership and guidance to Audit Staff and Seniors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is necessary.
  • Prior experience in a public accounting firm is preferred.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory and training experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong commitment to meeting client deadlines and delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills are essential.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • A thorough understanding of data analysis techniques is required.
  • Creative problem-solving and research abilities are essential.
