We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Supervisor to join our team at Flextronics. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to the Quality Assurance Inspection function on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign employees to maximize quality control goals
  • Ensure that directed shift staffing levels are maintained
  • Hire guiders and inspectors for shift
  • Interface with HR and finance for employee issues
  • Research data and put corrective actions into place
  • Review quality reports
  • Perform process and sub factory audits
  • Ensure procedures are followed and may develop procedures for the quality assurance inspection operation
  • Provide immediate supervision and guidance to inspectors, checking work at frequent intervals
  • Frequently interact with outside customers, vendors and functional peer groups at various management levels and serve as a liaison between customer and the division regarding quality issues
  • Direct daily shift activities
  • Confer with management and production to define and hold up quality goals
  • Train shift guidance to inspectors in quality processes
  • Hold up engineering and other functionalities in correcting employee errors
Requirements:
  • Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience
  • Ability to pull, push up to 40 pounds, lift up to 10 pounds and use of ladders
