As an Operations Associate/HR Generalist, your primary responsibility will be to assist both internal and external personnel within a large, dynamic staffing solutions organization. Essential Skills:

- Flexible availability to accommodate the needs of new hires and other operational tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the employment onboarding process for a significant number of both temporary and permanent staff
- Initiate pre-employment assessments and checks
- Monitor time and expenses weekly for payroll processing
- Conduct employment verifications
- Perform audits as requested by clients
- Support interoffice projects and activities as assigned
- Collaborate with team members on payroll-related tasks, including submissions to third-party providers and issue resolution
- Process payments and manage remittances against invoices in QuickBooks Online
- Handle assigned tax-related projects
