We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers, taking the time to understand their beverage preferences and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Drink Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute drink menus that showcase our signature cocktails and complement our food offerings.
  • Bar Operations: Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Take inventory of bar supplies and order necessary items to ensure our bar and tables are well-stocked.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently, providing correct change to patrons and balancing the cash register.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
  • Recipe Development: Develop new and innovative cocktail recipes to enhance our drink menu and provide a unique experience for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Training and Certifications: Food Handlers and TABC certification (we will provide training if needed).
  • Availability: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Personality and Skills: Positive, engaging personality, professional appearance, basic math and computer skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong task and time management abilities, and an eye for detail.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
