Primary Care Nurse Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Ascension Primary Care North Shelby. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.
Responsibilities- Assist with basic patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with procedures ordered by physicians and supervised by Registered Nurses (RNs).
- Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living, and transfers/transport.
- Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly, ensuring resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
