Job Overview

MNCP Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Compensation and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating the administration of city-wide payroll systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties:
  1. Collaborate with IT to resolve payroll system issues and implement system modifications required from modifications to the City's collective bargaining agreements.
  2. Utilize various software packages to extract and report payroll data for management and public information requests.
  3. Analyze and resolve complex payroll and administrative issues that require interpretation and evaluation.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of current payroll laws and tax regulations regarding wages and benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary:

$75,000 - $95,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
