The Norman Regional Health System is a dynamic healthcare provider with a unique culture of respect, kindness, and excellence. As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Rheumatology Clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care as prescribed by the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act.
- Contribute to the development of patient care plans and ensure their effective implementation.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to established standards.
- Document patient care activities and monitor patients during procedures.
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurses.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, preferably in emergency rooms or hospitals.
- Active LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or an active Multistate LPN license.
- BLS training or re-training during orientation is mandatory.
- $17.39-$28.40 per hour, dependent on previous work experience.
