As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

You will also maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring seamless communication with customers and team members.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide informed and expert advice to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers and team members.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
