Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public? If so, this role may be the perfect fit for you. As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed. You will also use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off, flexible hours, and growth potential within the agency. You will also have the opportunity to obtain a Property and Casualty license and work in a team environment. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
Responsibilities
