Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Business: Provide day-to-day HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Organizational Design: Provide organizational design insights and tools to HR partners to determine spans of control, role definition, and competencies.
  • Human Performance Improvement: Develop and implement human performance improvement solutions that align with strategic business initiatives, company-wide initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management: Provide change management framework and recommendations to help plan and implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage projects to ensure they are on track and delivered to the agreed-upon level of quality.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and identify trends and organizational gaps to support changes to programs for process improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of applicable work experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in project management, experience assessing client development needs, and ability to design and deliver custom-built organizational design plans.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience coaching senior executives on organization design and effectiveness principles, previous experience designing, developing, and delivering impactful business solutions and programs.
  • Skills: Proven capability in connecting company strategy and strategic initiatives to function-specific organization design efforts, excellent communication skills, and ability to build productive relationships.
