Job Summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resource Generalist to provide Human Resources support to assigned teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruitment and retention, staffing and orientation, employee relations, project management, and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily business HR partnership and consultation for assigned teams and leadership.
• Provide coaching and advice to management on ways to administer HR programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues.
• Lead the implementation of approved employee relations' policies, providing support to our leadership team.
• Lead overall organization of Human Resource programs within the assigned department, including EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, and turnover issues.
• Partner with HR peers, corporate HR and other business support teams including Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or advanced degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources; Labor relations experience.
• Demonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills.
• Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS.
• Experience with conflict management and mediation.
