We are currently in search of a Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee our community operations.

COMPENSATION:
  • $26.92 / hour

YOUR ROLE AS A FACILITIES MAINTENANCE LEAD
  • Apply your maintenance expertise to ensure property standards for unit turnover and service requests, while maintaining pristine grounds and common areas.
  • Guide all maintenance personnel; ensure the team delivers exceptional service while executing their responsibilities.
  • Oversee the scheduling and completion of service requests to guarantee timely resolutions.
  • Conduct inspections in collaboration with agency partners and manage the rectification of any identified issues.
  • Ensure vacant unit turnovers are completed to established standards.
  • Supervise the maintenance of building common areas, grounds, and systems.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance across the property.
  • Inspect mechanical systems and promptly address any safety concerns.
  • Coordinate emergency on-call schedules with the Community Manager.
  • Participate in on-call duties for emergency maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate on budgeting with the Community Manager regarding maintenance expenditures.
Qualifications

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance/facilities experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to participate in emergency on-call rotations as necessary and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
