Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients on the exam table and adjust immobilization devices to obtain optimal views.
  • Adjust equipment controls to set exposure factors, ensuring minimal radiation to patients and staff.
  • Practice radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices and patient shielding skills.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and patients to ensure seamless care.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • Maintain professionalism in job performance and practice.
  • Adhere to the guiding principles and policies set forth by Hospitality Health ER.
Lab Duties
  • Perform laboratory patient testing and reporting as assigned by the Laboratory Director.
  • Collect and label specimens, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare specimens for reference laboratory testing.
  • Follow laboratory safety policies and procedures.
  • Calibrate laboratory instruments and maintain equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • One year of radiologic/imaging experience.
  • Registered CT Technologist.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • CPR certification.
  • Current State licensure from TDH.
