Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at ClubCorp. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests by ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to members and guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Verify member status and ensure only authorized individuals park in the lot.
  • Assist members and guests with directions and escort them to their desired location when possible.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parking area, including the driveway and entry points.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respond to member complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and ensure excellent service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of golf and club operations a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and humidity.
