  • Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee sanitation and safety of assigned units, maintaining a clean and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Purchase and manage inventory, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company's marketing and culinary teams, driving innovation and customer engagement.
  • Act as the direct liaison with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree or A.A. degree plus related experience.
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience in food service operations.
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare, senior living, retirement, or related environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of retail, food, and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
  • Leadership, management, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, email, the Internet, and other necessary computer programs.
  • ServSafe certification.
