Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Direct and oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities, including grounds, landscaping, and property infrastructure.
- Leadership and Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of facilities staff, including tradespersons, managers, and supervisors.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including energy savings programs.

Requirements:
