About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure that the team is meeting targets.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.
Requirements

We are looking for a positive team player with a flexible schedule who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants. We offer competitive pay, free uniforms, and free meals while working. You will have vacation time to use and be eligible for health insurance.
