Job Summary
As a reliable consultant, you will assist customers with their vehicle service needs, generate repair orders, and coordinate with the service department. There are exciting opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
  • Identify customer issues, perform necessary inspections, and conduct road tests
  • Create detailed Repair Order Requests specifying required services
  • Obtain customer consent prior to starting service work
  • Review completed services with customers and process payments
  • Maintain cleanliness in the showroom and replenish displays as needed
  • Conduct daily cash handling tasks at the close of business
  • Adhere to the Company Quality Control Program, Safety Policy, and comply with OSHA and EPA regulations
Desired Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent vocational training
  • Experience with computerized sales and marketing systems
  • Knowledge of auto/truck tire, lubrication, and maintenance issues
  • Ability to use Mitchell Repair, Activant, All-Data, and vehicle service manuals for diagnostics
  • Preferred Experience:
    • 2+ years in a retail environment, especially in auto/truck tire, lubrication, and maintenance
    • 3+ years as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair shop, dealership, or similar professional environment
    • Experience as a vehicle mechanic or lubrication technician
