Homecare Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a homecare setting.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
- Perform interventions to promote patient health and well-being, adhering to hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
- Revises care plans based on evaluation, changes in medical plans, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
- Uses clinical judgment to establish priorities and meet patient care needs.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
- Adult care
- Bowel and Bladder management
- Medication Administration
Sun, Tues, Thurs, Sat AMs (Flexible start time, visit can last up to 2.5 hours)
