About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Representative to join our team at Garrett Estes - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our agent to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and engage our target audience.
  • Identify and participate in local community events to build relationships and promote our agency's services.
  • Work closely with our agent to establish and achieve marketing goals, including lead generation and appointment scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote our office and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Possess a Property and Casualty license and be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
  • Have sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Hold marketing experience and be proficient in creating engaging content for social media, websites, and email.
  • Be self-motivated, people-oriented, and creative in problem-solving and goal achievement.
  • Excel in collaborative communication with team members and customers.
