The Registered Nurse exemplifies critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering patient care.
The Registered Nurse is accountable for the planning, direction, and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician orders, recognized nursing techniques, policies, procedures, established standards, and administrative guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse license required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required.
