As a RN Resident-Trauma/Tele-FT Days-BHMC, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing care to assigned patients based on the treatment plan, nursing standards, and individual patient needs. You will establish an individualized plan of care for each patient and provide direct and indirect patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).
- One to two years' experience in acute care hospital setting.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida.
- BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA or Red Cross.
