Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Client Manager - Water to join our established water team in Washington and Oregon.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the water industry, values alignment, and successful business development experience.

Key responsibilities include promoting growth within the water team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading strategic partnerships, and securing new clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineering License, and at least 15 years of progressive water/wastewater planning, design, and construction experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Promote growth within the water team aligned with our strategy.
  2. Help identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water sector with a focus on water/wastewater, treatment, and conveyance.
  3. Lead strategic partnerships, strengthen existing client relationships, secure new clients, and expand our market presence.
  4. Bring deep experience with client acquisition, proposal development, securing teaming partners, and delivering high-quality work.
  5. Provide management and mentorship to project teams.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field.
  2. Professional Engineering License.
  3. 15+ years of progressive water/wastewater planning, design, and construction experience, and at least 5 years in a business development selling and delivering water/wastewater project work.
  4. Experience with water technologies, regulations, and industry trends.
Compensation

Base salary for this position is in the range of $180-$220K+.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role.

As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually.
