Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Provider to join our team at PCS - Alderwood. As a Direct Support Provider, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of individuals in our residential setting by providing training and assistance with daily personal cares, medication administration, community activities, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and assist individuals with personal cares
* Instruct and assist with food preparation, clean-up, and sanitary practices
* Encourage grooming and dress according to individual preferences and cultural considerations
* Administer medications and treatments as trained
* Communicate concerns and suggestions to supervisors in a timely and respectful manner
* Chart daily program information
* Complete cleaning tasks and assist individuals with cleaning

Requirements:

* Must be 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure
* Must pass DHS background clearance
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
