Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in a Hospital setting in Kalamazoo, MI.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic Hospital environment. As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Active MI Hospital license.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
