Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network - Midwest. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

This is a travel Respiratory Therapist position in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent acute care experience and be certified/registered as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT). The position offers a competitive pay package, including travel reimbursement and per diem allowances.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and treatment plans in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.
  • Conduct respiratory assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Operate respiratory equipment and perform diagnostic tests.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program.
  • At least 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) licensure in the applicable state (MI).
  • American Heart Association BLS and PALS for Healthcare Providers.
  • Additional certifications may be required.
